Berend Te Kronnie
Co-Founder, Organiser & Host European Waldorf Doll Making Retreat
I was brought up in an artistic environment as my mother was an established sculptor, amongst others creating fine porcelain objects.
I studied law at Leiden University in the Netherlands and had my first job at the Dutch ABN Bank and years later at an insurance company.
The perfect moment for a change came when the doll business gradually began to grow and Kamrin needed support in the business. I was happy to continue and practice my financial skills and administration in a completely different field.
From 2014 Kamrin and I work together in our family-run business.
Being part of the organisation of the Ewdor event and responsible for planning, coordinating and administration is a great challenge.
Besides being fully involved in the doll business I have a passion for walking long distances in my free time. I have been participating in an annual prestige 4-day march in Nijmegen, the Netherlands for the past 20 years for which medals are awarded.
